For over 52 years D-Jay’s has been satisfying customers with our consistent quality. We hand make our fresh crusts in the artisan tradition in our kitchen as well as our signature sauce. We use the finest fresh ingredients as well as the best quality meats and aged mozzarella and other gourmet cheeses from Manitoba’s very own Winnipeg Old Country Sausage and Bothwell Cheese.
We use our signature sauce made from a guarded family recipe on all our pizzas. We do offer a “mild marinara” sauce as an alternate choice on any pizza.
